Instructions for authors
The articles must be submitted either on CD or per email (srec@coelio-surgery.com).
Preparing main manuscript text :
The following word processor file formats are acceptable for the main manuscript document :
- Microsoft Word 2008 (or previous version)
- The first page of the article must contain the full name of the authors, his adress, email adress, telephone and fax.
- The second page must include a full summary of the article and the key words.
- The following pages include :
- The article itself with introduction, main article (methods, results, conclusion) and discussion.
- The bibliography that will be mentioned at the end of the article.
Illustrations and figures should be sent separately :
- JPEG, TIFF for photographs, 300dpi if possible
- Figures must be numeroted and referred to in the article
- Figures must have a legend
Important :
The submission of an article implies that:
- the study has never been published anywhere else before, except as an abstract or as part of a lecture,
- there is no project of publication in any other journal,
- the study has been approved by the co-authors and by the authorities of the institution where the study has been completed,
- if the article is accepted by the Reading committee to be published, the authors agree to the automatic transfer of the Copyright to the editor and that the article will not be published or translated anywhere else, without the consent of the editor.
